**If you are under a doctor’s care for any skin condition, please consult your physician before using the Clarisonic.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Which power setting and brush head should I use for my skin type?”][vc_column_text]The Clarisonic MD is designed for use with most skin types. Your skin is constantly changing, and due to its dynamic nature, you may want to use different power levels, brush heads and a shorter or longer duration. The Clarisonic is packaged with the sensitive brush head (white plastic base) installed. The normal brush head (gray plastic base) is also included. For ultra-sensitive or delicate skin, we also offer the delicate brush head (blue plastic base).

We recommend that you first use your Clarisonic with the sensitive brush head at the low power level for a one-minute duration (this is the factory setting). Then you can customize it for your skin type: normal, sensitive or delicate brush head; normal or low power setting; one- or two-minute duration.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How do I adjust the power level?”][vc_column_text]The Clarisonic MD has three power levels. Power level is indicated both audibly and visually. When the Clarisonic is turned on at normal power, there are three ascending beeps and the yellow light is illuminated. At low power, there are three descending beeps and the yellow light is turned off.

To toggle between the settings, hold the power button down for three seconds continuously when turning on the Clarisonic. Listen for the change in beeps. The Clarisonic will operate at this power setting until you change it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”How do I adjust the duration time?”][vc_column_text]The Clarisonic MD features a proprietary one-minute T-Timer™ that beeps and pauses momentarily to indicate it is time to move to another part of your face. The Clarisonic is factory set with a one-minute duration. To change the cleansing duration, turn yourClarisonic on and hold the power button for at least 10 seconds. At around three seconds, you will hear three tones (related to the power level), and then you will hear beep tones relating to the optional cleansing and interval beeps. Refer to the User Guide for more information.

Note: changing the duration time resets the power level.Once a week, wash the brush head and the handle separately using warm soapy water to remove any residue buildup. The handle is sealed and fully waterproof. NEVER attempt to open the brush handle for any reason. To dry the brush after use, rub the brush head against a towel for 5-10 seconds while the Clarisonic is powered on. DO NOT use abrasive cleaners or chemicals to clean any part of the Clarisonic. DO NOT put any part of the Clarisonic in a dishwasher.

UNPLUG the charging cradle before you clean it. After unplugging the cradle, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. DO NOT immerse the cradle in water. The Clarisonic brush heads should be replaced every 3-4 months as the bristles become fatigued and less effective over time. Purchase replacement brush heads from your skin care professional, physician, medi-spa or Clarisonic retailer or online at http://www.clarisonic.com.
