The prices for their various skin creams, etc. seems a bit expensive though. Tracy is the best! I've only been seeing her for a few months but am really happy with her so far. I was reluctant to try botox but decided it was time. Dr. Gray did my first treatment–botox and also got me started on a great facial regimen. Great results! that started with Diana, the front office manager, who fitted me in and turned backflips to work with my crazy schedule and in my long-distance travel to book me specially with Feh (pronounced Faye), that's Nurse Feh, who holds, besides nursing cosmetic certificates, a Nurse Practioner credential, to whom I was referred by several friends for undereye and Botox treatments… I honestly could not believe what an amazing job she did. I had a particular situation with the skin around and under my eyes that made correcting the problem "impossible" (that is, according to my know-it-all Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon, who is also a friend). I swear, literally within 7 minutes the problems disappeared! I have been trying to correct this problem for a while. Looking good has consequences… the most undervalued and under-discussed topic, oddly enough, in our culture, which is how much good looks works to people's advantage. Because of Feh, and I say this with all the modesty and appreciation I can muster: I'm back in the game. I travelled 2 hours to be treated by Feh. I would have travelled 2,500 miles for these results. I can say without hesitation: Feh practices a kind of medical aesthetic magic. I am turning 60 this year and looked every bit of it! I scheduled and appointment for Radiesse (sp?) as filler. I was there for 2 hours as the 2 nurses carefully and meticulously worked on injecting the filler in the needed area's. Great care and thought was given and explained with each are they were concentrating on. I was given a numbing cream at the beginning to help with the discomfort and intermittent mini ice packs throughout the procedure. I only had this procedure yesterday, so my face is still a bit puffy at the injection sites, but I can already see a huge difference! Gone is the "marionette mouth" lines which I have had a hated for at least 10 years! Also greatly reduced are the nasal labial lines around my nose. My cheeks have a nice natural plumpness to them and those teeny tiny lines around my mouth are gone, as well. if this is only Day 2, I am excited about how things will look in a week or so. The entire staff at MD Laser Spa is professional, friendly and empathetic. I highly recommend them and will return.”

I visited MD Laser Spa after receiving an email promoting their latest injectables. I was overdue for Botox and immediately called and Diane (the front desk lady) was very attentive and scheduled me for the only day I could come in, that was for Saturday, yesterday. My reason for this visit was two-fold, I really needed it, and I also wanted to try their newest RN, NP, Kristi Guest – I've not been happy with any of the results I've received at other places in the area. I was told over the phone by Diane about the new nurse's experience and I felt confident and booked my appointment. Nurse Guest listened to my needs and expectations and then proceeded to explain her technique and reconfirmed to me that she would work on the areas I requested and what to expect in the next few days and finally to see the results we are targeting in about two week. The injections where not painful, it helped that they offer ice packs that really numb the areas and so you really don't feel anything. She was quick and so far no bruising. She also scheduled a two-week check so that she could make sure all is we had expected and perhaps do retouching if need be — at no cost to me. The cost for my visit yesterday was what I expected (competitive) MINUS the discount I received since I responded to the email offer. It has not yet been 24-hours since my injections and I am already seeing results, especially with my naturally one-sided droopy brow which I have had as a result of a childhood injury — and THIS is the real reason for seeking cosmetic intervention, beside the crows feet. Already, my brow/lid has lifted and for that alone I am so thankful. Well worth the visit and the investment, there was no extra wait time, and Nurse Guest was absolutely pleasant, unpretentious, realistic, and focused on the purpose of my visit. Both Nurse Guest and Diane are very professional, thoughtful, and excellent manners! I highly recommend receiving your Botox from Nurse Guest.”

Some of friends said that hair does come back if there are hormonal changes in the body. Let's see if that will ever happen with me in which case I will post my experience on help after a few years. I wish this treatment could be less expensive to try on my legs and arms. For now I am happy to look at my face with a hair free upper lip.”
